1. Sorbonne University:

There are no tuition fees required to enroll at Sorbonne University even as an international student. You only have to pay the registration fee which is per year and also depends on the program. For a bachelor’s degree, you are required to pay 170 EUR, for a master’s degree, you are to pay 243 EUR and for a doctoral degree, the registration fee is 380 EUR.
You can request to pay the registration fee in three installments which is subject to compliance with the provisions also made by Sorbonne University.
If you are taking a program that is taught in the Italian language, you will be required to show that you have proficiency in the language. You will be required to do this by either taking and passing an Italian language test or by submitting a valid certificate in the knowledge of the language. You can other get a pass if your previous studies are in Italian.

3. University of Montpellier:

The tuition fee for international students at Aix Marseille University is $217 per year for the bachelor’s programs and $295 for master’s programs. is divided into categories; developing countries and other countries.

5. University of Strasbourg:

The tuition fee for both international and domestic students are the same. Your tuition fee is determined by the program you enroll in, however, you won’t be paying anything above 600 EUR per year. You are required to pay your tuition by credit card and you can pay in three installments over the year.

Thus $1000 per year as an international student for a bachelor’s degree while a master’s degree will cost lesser than that. Visa Requirements
If you are not an EU national, you will be required to get a student visa. If you are a national from the EEA, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein, you do not require a French student visa to study in France.
